Little Saints was created because too many parents feel forced to choose between being present for their children and pursuing meaningful work. We believe families deserve a better way - one where work, parenting, and community can exist together.
Our Founder
Hi! Im Shannon.
Hi, I'm Shannon. When it was time to return to work, I found myself facing a choice that didn't feel like a choice at all. I couldn't imagine being separated from my daughter at such a young age or missing so many of her first milestones. But working from home with a six-month-old simply wasn't realistic. The more parents I spoke to, the more I realized I wasn't alone. The return-to-work transition is something so many families struggle with, yet there wasn't a solution that truly met our needs. So I created the space I wished existed - a place where parents can continue their careers without feeling like they're missing out on the moments that matter most, and where children have a thoughtful place to learn, play, and grow just steps away.
The thought of missing so many firsts and milestones, while someone else spent those precious hours with her, simply didn't feel right.
